MONDAY
ladies self defence 12 pm - 2 pm.
Adults class 5.30 pm - 7 pm
Eskrima 7 pm till 9 pm.

WEDNESDAY
Mixed childrens class 6 pm – 7.30 pm
Adults class 7.30 – 9 pm

THURSDAY
Family class 6 pm till 7.30 pm
Muay Thai 7.30 pm till 9 pm

FRIDAY
Beginners class 5.30 pm – 6.30 pm
Intermediate class 6.30 – 8 pm
Adults class 8 pm – 9.30 pm

SATURDAY
Beginners class 11 am -12 pm
Intermediate class 12 pm 1.30 pm


Childrens £3.50 per session
Adults £4.00 per session
