The public consultation on the first phase of MIX MANCHESTER has been extended until the end of day 21 January 2026 to give as many people as possible the chance to get involved.
We’re also attending our final in-person consultation event – our dedicated planning team will be on hand at the next Woodhouse Park outreach session alongside representatives from MAG (Airports Group) and the local Manchester City Council Neighbourhood Team to answer any queries related to the scheme:

Also at the event will be Greater Manchester Police and Wythenshawe Community Housing Group. Please note, this session is for Woodhouse Park residents only.
This is a great opportunity for local residents to speak directly with our project delivery team and planning partners about MIX MANCHESTER and the overall masterplan for the site.
MIX MANCHESTER will create the UK’s first airport-based science, innovation and manufacturing campus, delivered by Manchester City Council, Greater Manchester Pension Fund, MAG (Airports Group) and BCEGI UK.
