Referrals are done online so a client just needs to ask their referral agent to email us on
info@humansmcr.org and we will send the agent the secure referral form.

It’s important to point out that they are a delivery service across all Manchester City Council Wards, Bury, Salford & south Bolton.
Clients can access the service once every four weeks – new referral needed for each delivery.
