Welcomes Paul Seymour as new Executive Director of Housing and Community Investment

Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) is delighted to announce that Paul Seymour is joining the Group on 26th May 2020 as its new Executive Director of Housing and Community Investment

WCHG manages 13,700 homes and provides homes to more than 30,000 people. As a community based business WCHG has a key role as a major local employer of 540 people, as well as being an investor, support provider and partnership enabler, building on the strengths of local people, organisations and the wider community. We hold the prestigious ‘Investors in People’ Platinum Status and ‘Top Employers 2019 and 2020’, and are amongst an elite group of world class organisations recognised for demonstrating a commitment to high performance through excellent people management. 

Paul joins WCHG from North Wales based ClwydAlyn Housing Ltd where he was the Executive Director of Resident Services with strategic and operational accountability for general needs housing, homeownership and private landlord services, supported housing and older persons housing.

Paul is an experienced Executive Director in strategic and operational delivery in a wide variety of disciplines, and has a record of successfully implementing business transformation, change management, strategic and operational solutions, continuous improvement and managing complex varied portfolios. He is passionate in delivering high quality services and benefits, to provide opportunities for residents, partners, key stakeholders and the communities in which we serve.

Paul has a BA Hons in Social and Economic History & Politics and is a former Board member of Mosscare St Vincents, Vice Chair of Northwards and mentor for HDN. He is a housing and corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
