Inbound Sales Advisor – Intelling Ltd Manchester M23

  • Salary: £24,000 OTE – £18,000 basic, rising to £18,500 after probation
  • Working hours – 37.5 hours per week 8 hour shifts on a rota basis between 08.00am- 08.00pm
  • Sat-Sun 10:00- 18:00

The Role:

As a Inbound Sales Adviser you will work on behalf of our award winning client to advise customer on best products and services.

Using your excellent customer service skills you will build rapport with your customers to fact find and match best products on our prepay service lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound calls of existing customers
  • Providing an excellent customer experience by using your active listening skills to find out your customer requirements
  • Using your CSA skills you will provide best match information on products and services
  • Ensuring accuracy at every stage of your call
  • Working towards monthly KPI’s to meet targets including sales, call efficiency and attendance

Key Requirements:

  • Ideally you will have 1 year+ in an inbound sales environment
  • Ability to promote our client brand, products and services
